PURPOSE:To insert a cooling pipe, accurately and speedily, in the tube plate of a condenser main body by providing an inserting machine and a tube receiving base on a lift stage in such a way as to be freely moved in the vertical and lateral direction. CONSTITUTION:The base part of an inserting machine 3 is guided on rails 7 for laterally moving the inserting machine in a freely lateral movement and the base part of a tube receiving base 4 is guided on rails 8 for laterally moving the receiving base in freely lateral movement. In this case, there are mounted 1 to 15 of cooling tubes 6 on the guide roller 12 of the tube receiving base 4. Further, the inserting machine 3 and tube receiving base 4 are matched in the tube insertion holes of the tube plate of a condenser 5, thus performing the centering thereof. Next, the cooling tubes 6 on the tube receiving base 5 are supplied to the inserting machine 3. Thus, the cooling tubes 6 are inserted into the condenser 5. The inserting machine 3, tube receiving base 4 and, if necessary, lift stage 2 are moved at the next insertion position. By repeating the above operation, it is possible to speedily insert plural cooling tubes in the condenser 5. |
