PURPOSE:To abolish heavy load work under the bad labor condition and enable deburring with less running cost by mounting a positioning station, a burr sensor station, a deburring station and a delivery station. CONSTITUTION:A positioning station 1a has a positioning device 11a which receives a round billet and carries the billet to a stop where the end face thereof meets the specified position. The burr sensor station 2a has a burr sensor 21a which is engaged with the end part of the round billet and detects the burr for the stay state (i.e. position, size, etc.). The burr station 3a has a deburr device 31a which removes burr from the round billet according to the signal from a burr sensor 21a. A stepping device 6 which carries the round billet from the stations 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b, in order is laid to the length from the station 1a to 3b. The deburred round billet is delivered to the subsequent process line via a delivery table 4. |
