PURPOSE:To easily treat the end of a skin member and to simply and easily form a metal mold structure by providing a winding plate having a winding edge protruding inside a cavity and retractable to the outside of the cavity after molding in a molding cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A skin member 21 is introduced between opened mold bodies 2 and 3, and a hollow parison 24 made of thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polypropylene as synthetic resin is introduced. When the bodies 2, 3 are then closed, winding plates 15 are pressed inward simultaneously with the member 21 and the parison 24 by the body 3, rotated until it is brought into contact with the end face of the body 2, a winding edge 16 protrudes inward from the opening edge of a cavity 4, and an end winding part is formed as an under part at the body 2. The parison 24 in which compressed gas is supplied is expanded along the cavity configuration to press the member 21 to the cavity face 5 and to the edge 16 of the plate 15 to be brought into close contact with the rear face of the member 21. A hollow core material is formed by solidifying the parison 24, and a molded piece in which the member 21 is integrally laminated on the surface of a core material can be formed. |
