PURPOSE:To improve surface characteristics such as heat resistance by a method in which the coating of silicone resin or acrylurethane resin is preliminarily applied onto the surface of a mold before resin compound is cured with polymerization, and then molding is achieved. CONSTITUTION:A coated film of silicone resin or acrylurethane resin is preliminarily formed on the surface of a mold before pastelike compound is cured by polymerization. Silicon resin is composed of the repeating unit of siloxane bond (-Si-O-), and it is the material in which a organic group such as methyl or phenyl group, etc. is connected to silicon atom. Acrylurethane resin is obtained by reacting acrylpolyol with diisocyanate. To form above-mentioned coated film of resin on the surface of the mold, the material in which resin is dissolved dispersed in a suitable solvent, is applied onto the mold surface by means of spray, etc., and then the solvent is removed by heating, and the resin is cured. Paste-like compound is injected into the mold on which the coated film of resin is formed, and it is cured by polymerization. |
