PURPOSE:To easily set and alter items of checking by a method in which when read cards are cards of user, its availability is judged to unlock, and also when the cards are cards of manager, setting items are registered. CONSTITUTION:Whether cards read by a card reader 1 is user's one or manager's one is judged by a card kinds discriminator 31 in the arithmetic processor 3 of a card locker used on off-line. In the case of user's card (u), the effectiveness is judged by a card effectiveness discriminator 32 to unlock an electrical key 4. In the case of manager's card (s), items set as data to be checked are retrieved in a setting item retriever 33 and items to be set in a setting item register 34 are registered in a memory 2. |
