PURPOSE:To obtain a good foamed synthetic resin without using a compd. having a danger of destroying the ozone layer by reacting an active hydrogen compd. and an arom. amine polyol with a polyisocyanate in the presence of a specified compd. CONSTITUTION:In a method for preparing a foamed synthetic resin by reacting an active hydrogen compd. having two or more functional groups contg. active hydrogen which is reactive with an isocyanate group with a polyisocyanate compd. in the presence of 1,1-dichloro-2,2,2-trifluoroethane, an arom. polyol is used as 30-95wt.% of the active hydrogen compd. It is especially pref. that the content of the arom. amine polyol in the whole active hydrogen compd. is 40-90wt.%. It is especially suitable that the amt. of said halogenated hydrocarbon foaming agent to be used is 20-60wt.% based on the amt. of the active hydrogen compd. Moreover, it is pref. that 1-5wt.% water based on the active hydrogen compd. is used therewith. |
