This jack comprises a hollow cylindrical jack body 1, 2, 3, a mobile system formed by a piston 5 with a hollow shaft moving in translation inside the jack body 1, 2, 3 and a sliding arm 8 constituted by a hollow round rod closed at the end at its extremity protruding from the cylinder body and fixed by its other extremity to the hollow shaft of the piston 5 in a fluid-tight manner, and a connection formed by slides between the mobile system 5, 8 and the jack body 1, 2, 3 comprising an anti-rotation guide rod 4 which has longitudinal flats, which is placed in the shaft of the jack body 1, 2, 3 inside the piston 5 and the sliding arm 8 and which is fixed at the end to the bottom 2 of the jack body, and two runners 66, 67 which are fixed to the shaft of the piston 5 and slide on the flats of the anti-rotation guide rod 4. <IMAGE>
