PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance, adhesive properties, productivity by employing a rubber roll as a roll of the side in contact with thermoplastic resin and employing a metal or rubber roll as a roll of the side in noncontact therewith. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin 6 melted from a T die 5 is fed to a boundary between a metal plate 3 in which a rubber roll 1 is brought into pressure contact with a metal or rubber roll 2 and the roll 1 through an extruder 4, laminated on the plate 3, and wound through a cooler 7. As the rubber roller, silicone rubber or polyethylene tetrafluoride rubber is adapted to be employed. As the cooler, a water sprayer or a water cooling tank is adapted to be employed. The rubber has wrong adhesive properties to resin having adhesive properties as compared with metal, i.e., the rubber has better peeling properties from the resin as compared with the metal. |
