PURPOSE:To accurately embed a shank in a place corresponding to between the heel portion and the rear of the recess portion by means of double-shot injection molding by using a dummy mold having a partition wall for fitting the shank in the place corresponding to between the heel portion and the rear of the recess portion. CONSTITUTION:A side mold 3 having a primary sole injection port 1 and a secondary sole injection port 2 on the lower portion thereof is combined with a dummy mold which has a partition wall 4 in a place corresponding to between the heel portion and the rear of the recess portion; a metal shank 6 is fitted into the partition wall 4; and a last 8 covered with an instep cover 7 is placed on top of the combined side mold 3, forming a primary molding sole void portion 9. Then, a primary sole molding material is injected into the void portion 9 from the injection port 1 and expanded and hardened to form a primary sole 10. At this time, the shank 6 is surely fixed to the defined place of the bottom face of the primary sole. Then, a secondary sole molding material is injected from the injection port 2 into a void portion 12 which is formed by changing the dummy mold 5 to a bottom mold 11 and expanded and hardened to form a secondary sole 13. |
