PURPOSE:To obtain a composite tube having excellent durability, medicine resistance, heat resistance, etc. by providing a coating layer formed of resin composition containing polyethylene resin, saturated thermoplastic elastomer to coat the inner face of a metal tube. CONSTITUTION:When a metal sheet 30 is shaped from the state of U-shaped section to a metal tube 3, resin composition is extruded from the end of a resin injector 72 inside the tube 3 by an inner face resin coating device 70 to form a coating layer 2 on the inner periphery of the tube 3. Then, the outer periphery is coated with an outer layer resin composition by an outer layer coating device 9 to form an outer layer 4. The tube 3 coated on its inner and outer peripheries with resin is cut in a desired length by a cutter 11 to manufacture a composite tube A, and the coating layer is not peeled from the inner face of the tube even by the use for a long period. |
