PURPOSE:To prevent a wheel lock with simple construction by giving a vibration to a pressing force with an AC power supply in the constitution where a brake force is obtained by pressing a brake shoe to a brake disc or a brake drum. CONSTITUTION:When a brake pedal 1 is stepped down, hydraulic pressure augmented with a booster 2 is supplied to a hydraulic pressure adjuster 4 via a hydraulic pipe 3, and the hydraulic pressure adjusted therein is distributed to a hydraulic brake device fitted to each wheel via a hydraulic pressure pipe 9. In addition, a brake shoe 12 is made in pressed contact with a disc 13, thereby braking a vehicle. In this case, an electromagnetic vibrator 11 is provided in the hydraulic pressure pipe 9 at the upstream side of the hydraulic brake device and AC power generated with an AC generator 5 is applied thereto via a current distribution adjuster 7, thereby giving a vibration to hydraulic pressure. According to the aforesaid construction, the brake force is vibrated and a wheel lock is thereby prevented. |
