PURPOSE: To eliminate deformation by rotatably supporting each holding element of a transfer wheel, disposing clamps of a swingable clamp lever and action elements formed as a holding plate between respective holding elements, and providing horizontal rails to fold a wrapper on the holding elements in the back of the wrapper entrance. CONSTITUTION: A transfer wheel U is disposed between a grab wheel 1 and a wrapping wheel 2, and a major component consists of a housing 3 that has rotatably been supported by a shaft 4. Disposed on the circumference of the housing 3 are a plurality of radial holding elements 7 rotatably supported, and in addition, holders 8 and clamps 9 of the clamp lever 10 are disposed between these holding elements 7. The transferring apparatus is completed by the rails 22 to fold the wrapper horizontally disposed on the holding elements 7 in the back of the wrapper entrance 21. |
