PURPOSE:To provide a composition outstanding in impact resistance and transparency, comprising a rigid resin consisting mainly of methyl methacrylate, a copolymer produced by grafting said rigid resin to a butabiene-contg. crosslinked polymer and an organosilicon compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 97-50 pts.wt. of a rigid resin consisting mainly of methyl methacrylate as a constituent, (pref. methacrylic resin, MS resin or MAS resin), (B) 3-50 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer <=25 deg.C (esp. <=0 deg.C) in glass transition temperature, produced by grafting said rigid resin to a butadiene-contg. crosslinked rubbery polymer, and (C) 0.001-0.3 pts.wt. based on a total of 100 pts.wt. of the components A and B, of an organosilicon compound of formula I (R1-R3 are each alkyl; n is 10-1,000) (pref. polymethylsiloxane of formula II). |
