PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently a polydiactylene polymer film with large area for optical recording medium by using straight chain hydrocarbons containing diacetylene group. CONSTITUTION:A silane surfactant containing diacetylene group 2 is made to absorb by a chemical adsorption method to a Al substrate having oxidized surface or a substrate 1 of semiconductor Si with SiO2 surface, which results in a monomolecular adsorption film 3. By the reaction of -SiCl group -OH group which is also present with SiO2 in the substrate surface, hydrochloric acid is eliminated and a monomolecular film of CH2=CH-(CH2)11-CidenticalC- Cidentical(CH2)8-Si-O- is formed. Thus, a polydiacetylene film with large area can be produced efficiently. |
