摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent the disconnection of a base film caused by the shrinkage of a laminated film by making the shape of the boundary part of the laminated film with the base film non-linear. CONSTITUTION:As to the base film 12 and the laminated film 13, the disconnection of the film 12 caused by the shrinkage of the film 13 after printing and calcination performed to the film 13 can be prevented, because the gap of shrinkage force of the film 13 to the film 12 is not concentrated only on the peak and the trough of a waveform on a boundary level difference part 13a and it is dispersed in a wide range from the peak to the trough in such a state that the boundary level difference part 13a of the lower layer film 13A of the film 13 is formed in a waveform. Between the boundary level difference parts 13a and 13b, the film 13 is formed of only the film 13A and it is partially thin. Therefore, the gap of the shrinkage force of the film 13 to the film 12 is dispersed to two spots such as the boundary level difference part 13a of the film 13A and the level difference part 13b of an upper layer film 13B, thereby preventing the disconnection of the film 12 caused by the shrinkage of the film 13 after printing and calcination are performed to the film 13. Even if the coefficients of thermal expansion of the films 12 and 13 are different, the films 12 and 13 can be directly joined and both films can be made to have excellent electric conductivity.</p>
