In the method, 30kg of Ilex pubescent hook is extracted with 120l of methanol to obtain 7.78kg of methanol extracts, and then 1kg of extracts is suspended in water to obtain 0.44kg of butanol graduation. The 0.11kg of the butanol graduation obtained is separated by silicagel chromatography using solvent system(chloroform: methanol: water=80:20:1) to produce graduation 1(14.4g),2(31.2g),3(20.2g),4(32.4g),5(7.30g) and 6(2.60g). The ilexoside drivatives are obtained from each graduation by silicagel chromatography.
