PURPOSE:To make it possible to discover interference on an orbit by arranging a camera at a position at which a running way is monitored, sending the image information from a position on an upstream side of the monitoring position, and receiving it on a rolling stock side, then displaying it inside the rolling stock side. CONSTITUTION:When a monitoring position is a crossing, a camera 5 and a modulator 6 are arranged as a facility therein, and a light receiver 2, demodulator 3 and a viewer 4 are provided as a facility inside a train. A light transmitter 8 is arranged at a point to transmit an image information onto the rolling stock positioned at a specified distance from the crossing, and a part between this light transmitter 8 and the demodulator 6 is connected through a transmitting path with an optical fiber 7. The situation in the crossing is taken by means of the camera 5, and the image signal is modulated and sent to the light transmitter 8 via the fiber 7, and then sent toward the train 1. This signal is received by a light receiver 2 and demodurated, and then the condition inside the crossing is displayed on a viewer 4. |
