PURPOSE:To heat-seal fine a pod material filled with a treated liquid for a short time, by forming laterally a plurality of recesses on at least one of seal faces of a couple of sealers, sealing the pod material in the width direction. CONSTITUTION:Of a couple of sealers 21, 22, the seal face 21 a of one sealer 21 is flat and the seal face 22a of the other sealer 22 has a plurality of recesses in the width direction of a pod material 1. When the sealers 21, 22 are forced to approach to each other for heat sealing in such an extent that polyvinyl chloride layer flows a little from the superposed positions of the recesses 22b to the longitudinal direction of the pod material 1, the treated liquid is completely rejected from the heat-seal positions and hence, there are no such troubles that the treated liquid intrudes in the heat-seal part or an uncomplete rejection of the treated liquid results in foaming. |
