There is an anchor plate (12) attached to the outer flange (13) of the foot of the post (11), which is hinged to the bottom of another section (2) of the post. The lateral extent of the anchor plate (12) is a multiple of the width of the foot (11) of the post, and its height is the same as that of the foot (11) of the post.
