PURPOSE:To improve the returning of oil at high speed operation, by utilizing pulsating pressure in a crank chamber to flow air and forcibly returning the oil through this air flow to the crank chamber and an oil pan. CONSTITUTION:At operation of an engine, back pressure of a piston 6 at its vertically reciprocating motion is all acted on a crank chamber 3 to cause the remarkable generation of positive and negative pulsating pressure. While oil, after lubricating a valve rocker mechanism, is forcibly returned through a suction port 23 equipped with a check valve 22 opened by negative pressure to the side of a crank case 1. Accordingly, forcible returning of oil from a rocker chamber 13 at negative pressure and forcible returning of oil from a recessed part 21 of a partitioning plate 20 at positive pressure are alternately repeated synchronously with positive and negative pulsating pressure in the chamber 3, in this way, a troubled condition at high speed operation can be eliminated. |
