PURPOSE: To improve strength, flexibility and flexible stand in addition to lightening in weight by using a sheet-shaped member as an inner pipe body, bonding a fiber-shaped member on an outer peripheral surface and extending its terminal part from the tip part of the inner pipe body as a fiber bundled fine diameter part. CONSTITUTION: An inner pipe body P is formed by laminating and winding a high-strength and high-elastic sheet-shaped member 1 around a tapered core M several times. A lot of fibers 2 such as glass fibers immersed in resin are lengthwisely laminated and bonded on this outer peripheral surface as an outer pipe body P'. Its tip part is extended from the tip part of the inner pipe body P wound around the core M just for a prescribed length, and a fiber bundled fine diameter part 2a is extended and formed. Afterwards, a tapered polypropylene film F is helically wound around the surface of the outer pipe body P'. Next, it is suitably heat-treated by a heater such as a conveyer furnace and cooled later and the core M is removed so that the fishing rod tip is produced. |
