Mouse FET dissolved in Freund's incomplete adjuvant is injected into breasts of 12 crosss-bred beef cow. For the measurement of dry weight of each breast, diluted crushed breast solution is dried at 60 ≦̸C overnight to get constant value. The defatted tissue is weighed by Anderson's method. The DNA content is measured by Burton's method. The wet weight, dried weight, dried defatted weight, and DNA content of each breast are increased by 0.22g, 0.4g, 0.19g, and 0.05g compared to those of its control, respectively.
