PURPOSE:To form a flange accurately and obtain a vessel with a metal lid excellent in sealability by a method wherein a vessel-shaped blank is formed by thermoforming a gas barrier type laminate sheet, a flange is injection-molded on the surface and along the outer periphery of said blank, and a metal lid is wind-clamped with this vessel. CONSTITUTION:A heated laminated sheet is vacuum-molded, a plate blank 22 is removed with a vessel-shaped blank 21 left, and an injection-molding cavity 33 is mounted from upward onto a thermoforming core 30. Hot melt resin 25 is injected from an injection hole 33a to form a flange 15 and, a body 16a and bottom 16b of a vessel body 14. After contents 18 are installed, a metal lid 11 is wind-clamped on the periphery 12 of the flange 15 to manufacture a vessel with a metal lid. |
