PURPOSE:To grasp the operating condition of each compositional machine accurately in short time by taking the operational condition and the faulty condition of each compositional machine arranged on each vehicle into an on-vehicle inspection unit then transmitting the conditional data and displaying the condition on an on-vehicle display. CONSTITUTION:An inspection unit 14 mounted on a TC vehicle which is at the front side in the advancing direction of a train 10 is employed as a master station. Upon fault of an inverter 12 mounted on a vehicle M, the on-vehicle inspection unit 14 monitoring machines in the vehicle M provides fault information through a transmission line 16 to the on-vehicle inspection unit 14 on the TC vehicle and the fault information is displayed on an on-vehicle display 15. When an operating unit 17 is connected through a transmission line with the on-vehicle inspection unit 14, fault information is transmitted from the on-vehicle inspection unit 14 to the operating unit 17 thence to the display 31 and a printer 18. |
