Rolling track driven by flat belt - uses slide track for supporting belt without additional moving parts
摘要
The rolling track has rollers arranged in succession in the conveyor direction and moving across the conveyor direction. Slit-like recesses are arranged at right angles to the conveyor plane and a common drive belt moves between a support and the rollers against the conveyor direction and sets the rollers in rotation through friction contact. The support is formed on the frame by a slide track (19) which is directly opposite the rollers (1). These rollers can support friction rings (17) in the area of the belt (13). USE/ADVANTAGE - Additional parts such as moving rollers are no longer necessary to support the flat drive belt. Frictional forces which are proportional to the load are automatically adjusted between the belt and the transport rollers since the load is not supported in bearings on the frame but by the flat belt.
