PURPOSE:To enhance sensitivity and to decrease the fluctuation in bright part potential and dark part potential when repetitive electrostatic charging and exposing are executed by having a layer contg. a specific amine. CONSTITUTION:The amine compd. expressed by the formula I is incorporated into the electrophotographic sensitive body of which the photosensitive layer is separated in function to a charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer in a preferable example. In the formula, R1 and R2 denote an alkyl group or aralkyl group which may have a substituent; R1 and R2 may form a ring together with a nitrogen atom; R3 and R4 denote an aryl group which may have a substituent. The compounding ratio of a binder and the specific amine compd. is preferably 10-500pts.wt. amine compd. per 100pts.wt. binder. The amine compd. expressed by the formula I may be incorporated together with the charge generating material into the photosensitive layer of the same layer. The high sensitivity is obtd. in this way and the fluctuation in the bright part potential and dark part potential when the repetitive electrostatic charging and exposing are executed is decreased. |
