PURPOSE:To measure a minute physical change highly accuratey, by utilizing the angular change due to an external force applied to reflecting plates, reflecting the light having a constant wavelength between the reflecting plates by a plurality of times, and amplifying the reflecting angle. CONSTITUTION:When the external force is applied to a direction C against a spring 14 which is hooked to the reflecting plate 12, an angle theta of the reflecting plate 12 is changed. Under this state, the input light 18 is reflected between the reference reflecting plate 11 and said reflecting plate 12 by a plurality of times. Then, the angle theta of said reflecting plate is amplified. The final reflected light is inputted into an interference film filter 16, and its transmittance is changed. The reflected light is further sent to a light receiving element 17. Thus the change in the external force appears as the change in the input light to the light receiving element. |
