<p>Hybrid human protein C constructs whose Gla domain are replaced by the Gla domain of bovine protein C are disclosed. The number of gamma -carboxylglutamic acid residues is increased from 9 to 11. The hybrid protein C constructs are produced by culturing host cells transfected with a plasmid vector containing DNA coding for the protein.</p> |
