PURPOSE:To enlarge the radius of curvature of the bending curve, to considerably improve the durability of a base plate, to disuse the lining of the base plate and to reduce the cost of a base plate fixing device by fixing a flexible base plate at the angle of approx. 30-90 deg. range toward the bending direction of the said base plate. CONSTITUTION:A flexible base plate fixing member 5 is screwed at an optical head unit 7 and a sensor 8 to read a signal of which unit 7 is recorded on an information recording medium is owned. The sensor 8 is shielded by the member 5, a flexible base plate 4 is sandwiched at the end part of an opposite side with which the unit 7 of the member 5 is connected and a flexible base plate fixing member 6 is fixed by a screw. The positioning of each member is executed by inserting screws into the positioning parts 4a and 4b of the base plate 4. The bending part of the base plate 4 is fixed at the angle range of 30-90 deg. degree in a bending direction toward the movement direction of the unit 7, the bending the radius of curvature of curve is enlarged, bending angle is made small and the durability of the base plate is improved. |
