PURPOSE:To immediately detect the writing of incorrect information as abnormality by previously writing the same identification (ID) information in two respectively independent memories, comparing the ID information of the two memories, and at the time of generating a difference, identifying written information as abnormality. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 110 in a main control board 100 transmit data read out from data stored in a RAM 150 of the main control board 100 to an operation board 200. On the other hand, almost the same data as the data stored in the RAM 150 are stored in a RAM 320 of an optical system control board 300, the data of the RAM 320 are compared with that of the RAM 150, and at the time of detecting a difference, the data are regarded as abnormality. Thus, the generation of an error in the stored data can be immediately detected as abnormality. |
