PURPOSE:To obtain the title composite having small change of temp. in the dielectric constant by incorporating specific amounts of one or more kinds among Nb2O5, NiO, ZnO and MgO into barium titanate having >1 Ba/Ti (mol ratio). CONSTITUTION:A mixture of which one or more kinds among the following oxide obtd. by subjecting the mixture of compounds consisting essentially of Ba and Nb to heat treatment are added to pre-calcined BaTiO3 powder is calcined. As the above oxide, Ba5Nb4O5, BaCO3, Nb2O5, NiO, ZnO and MgO are given. Then, the obtd. dielectric magnetic composite has the following compsn. Namely, it contains (x) and (y) in the range of the formulae where Nb2O5 is regulated to (y) mol parts in the conversion into NbO5/2 for Ba1+xTiO3+x100mol parts. The above composite furthermore contains 0.4 to 1.4mol parts of one or more kinds among NiO, ZnO and MgO. |
