PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the color density of the subject material, and to suppress the generation of a stain after processing the material, and to reduce the processing time of the material, even at the time of processing the material with an exhausted bleaching solution by processing the material mounted a hydrophilic colloidal layer contg. a specified compd. on a supporting body, with a specified bleaching bath. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material is obtd. by mounting a hydrophilic colloidal layer contg. at least one kind of compds. shown by formula I on the supporting body. When the material is developed, the obtd. material is processed with the bleaching solution which contains a ferric complex salt of 1,3-diaminopropane tetraacetic acid of >=0.2mol/l and has pH of a range of 2.5-5.5. In the formula, R1 is halogen atom or an aliphatic group, etc., R2 is halogen atom or hydroxyl group, etc., l' is an integer of 0-3, R3 is hydrogen atom, etc., T is hydrogen atom or a group capable of being released by coupling reaction with the oxidant of an aromatic primary amine developing agent. Thus, the deterioration of a cyan color density is suppressed, even if the photosensitive material is processed with the exhausted bleaching solution, and the generation of the stain after processing the material, is reduced, and also the processing time of the material is shortened. |
