PURPOSE:To hold the airtightness in the tester, to uniform the temperature distribution, and to conduct a reliable test by providing a can body with a rotary body and a cooling device and providing a movable hard heat insulating skirt under the can body. CONSTITUTION:The front and rear surfaces of the can body 1 are doors 7 and 7 which are wound up forward. Rotary bodies 5 for supporting the device movably with ease are fitted to the lower parts of left and right side plates 9 and 10. The hard skirt 6 is made upward and downward movable so that air neither enters nor exits from the gap between the lower parts of the side plates 9 and 10 and a floor surface. The hard skirt 6 is made of an elastic body such as rubber where it contacts the floor surface, etc., so as to increase the airtightness in the can body 1. Further, the cooling device 2 is provided to the ceiling plate 11 of the can body 1 and the right plate 9 is fitted with a console panel 3 for controlling the operation of the cooling device 2. A discharge guide 12 for the cold air from the cooling device 2 is provided in the can body 1 and arranged so that the cold air does not strike on a device 13 to be tested. |
