PURPOSE: To secure sealing property at an end surface of a rubber roller by setting a condition mode of the end surface of the rubber roller to be an intermediate condition mode between that of rubber elasticity and a glass-like one. CONSTITUTION: First end surfaces 1, 1...n, 1 of a number of rubber rollers 1...n are disposed in a first plane expressed by an outer surface 10 of a protective device 11 to UV-ray for side surfaces of the rubber rollers 1...n. The protective device 11 has through holes 12 matching respective diameters of the rubber rollers 1...n. The protective device 11 protects the side surfaces of the rubber rollers 1...n from UV-ray radiated from a black-light lamp 22. A condition mode obtained at the end surfaces 1, 1...n, 1 by UV radiation is between a condition mode of rubber elasticity and a glass-like condition mode. |
