PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus for forwardly turning cut bean curd, equipped with a forward turning plate and stopping plate rotatably mounted on a rotating shaft and capable of forwardly turning cut bean curd while conveying the bean curd, turning the cut surface up and conveying the bean curd to a packaging place. CONSTITUTION:A piece of cut bean curd 32 is placed from a water channel 18 onto a forward turning plate 22 with a conveying plate 34 and the forward turning plate 22 and a stopping plate 26 are rotated (forwardly turned) to place the stopping plate 26 at a horizontal position. Thereby, the cut bean curd 32 is forwardly turned. Only the forward turning plate 22 is then returned to the horizontal position and the conveying plate 34 is subsequently advanced to move the cut bean curd into a packaging box 38. Furthermore, the above- mentioned operation is wholly carried out in a water tank. |
