PURPOSE:To obtain the title material having improved adhesion and interfacial impedance characteristics by precipitating a conductive polymer on aluminum having a specified crystal face. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum having such surface crystallinity that it has an (H00) (wherein H is 1, 2 or 4) face as the primary crystal face is optionally etched. This aluminum is immersed as a reaction electrode in a solution formed by dissolving a monomer (e.g., aniline) and an electrolyte (e.g., H2SO4) in a solvent (e.g., water), and the electrolytic polymerization by anodic oxidation and cathodic reduction is performed to precipitate directly a conductive polymer of a conductivity >=10<-3>s/cm on the aluminum. |
