PURPOSE: To rapidly compensate vibration so as to damp vibration satisfactorily by processing a guide signal from a signal transmitter provided at a vibrating object, by a control unit, and outputting a control signal to a final control element taking reverse action to a piezoelectric effect. CONSTITUTION: In an engine supporting device 4, a stopper plate 30 with openings 29, and a diaphragm 26 with a ring passage communicated with openings 34, 35 are provided between a spring element 20 formed of rubber or the like and a bellows 37, and liquid is filled in a working chamber 27 and each chamber to damp engine vibration inputted from a stud bolt 15, by fluid movement. The diaphragm 26 and the bellows 37 are integrally supported by a flexible pipe 40 having a piezoelectric element 38 inside, and a signal from a vibration sensor provided at an engine body is applied to the piezoelectric element 38 through a control unit to compensate vibration, particularly micro vibration. An excellent vibration damping characteristic can therefore be obtained. |
