摘要 PURPOSE:To remove the backrush during rotation by eliminating heating and sliding due to a biting friction by rotating with acceleration a continuous multiwinding high speed screw shaft via the steel balls charged in a continuous alignment shape on the spherical track thread groove provided on the outer peripheral face of a ball gear shaft. CONSTITUTION:A spherical track thread groove 6 charging steel balls by aligning continuously is provided on the outer peripheral face of the ball gear 5 which is rotated by interlocking with a driving shaft 2 via a driving gear 1 and driven gear 4. Moreover, the high speed screw shaft 10 provided with continuous multiwinding thread grooves from the spherical track thread groove 6 on the outer periphery is arranged by approaching in parallel to the ball gear shaft 5. The steel ball inside the spherical track thread groove 6 is fitted into the thread groove of the high speed screw shaft 10 outer periphery and the rotation is transmitted to the high speed screw shaft 10 with moving by rolling. In this case, the thread groove of the high speed screw shaft 10 has more windings than those of the spherical track thread groove 6 of the ball gear shaft 5, so it is rotated with acceleration according to the magnification of the winding number. The driving shaft 2 becoming an output shaft is made to serve as a speed reducer as well with its rotation by deceleration by reversing a rotation system.
