PURPOSE:To hold the non-planar body of an optical lens, etc. with non-contact by a strong holding power by providing a fluid suction part holding the gap inside less than the outside air pressure and a fluid injection part leading a pressurized fluid into the gap at the holding face side of a holding body in a non-planar shape. CONSTITUTION:The holding face 2A of the inner face of a holding body 2 is formed in a non-planar face so as to profile to the upper face 1A of the body 1 to be held(an optical lens, etc.). Moreover, the fluid injection part equipped with an opening part 4 and the contraction 5 generating a pressure more than atmospheric pressure is provided on the holding face 2A for the body surface opposing to the holding face 2A. The fluid suction part keeping the gap 3 inside less than atmospheric pressure is provided by sucking the gaseous body of the gap 4 inside with the opposing body surfaces. By this structure the body 1 to be held is made supportable with non-contact by keeping a fixed small interval by the mutual action of the negative pressure obtd. by the fluid suction part and the pressurized flow by the fluid injection part. |
