PURPOSE:To provide the above-mentioned material which exhibits high nonlinear responsiveness and has excellent blue light transmittability by forming the material of a specific compd. CONSTITUTION:The compd. expressed by the formula I is used. In the formula, Z<1> denotes an atom group which forms 5- to 6-membered arom. rings having a nitro group as a substituent; Z<2> denotes an atom group forming a pyrrole ring, imidazole ring, pyrazole ring, triazole ring, and tetrazole ring. In the formula, the carbon atom constituting Z<2> has a substituent and the substituent constant of the substituent is positive. The compd. with exhibits the high nonlinear optical responsiveness and has the excellent blue light transmittability is obtd. in this way. |
