PURPOSE:To accurately confirm the condition generating a rust lump, etc. by inspecting the inside of the piping line without stopping a water supply in the piping in such a manner that a splitted T-pipe having a partition valve provided on a take-out port is fixed on the piping and a hole for the inspection is punched on the piping by rotating a cutter of a punching device. CONSTITUTION:A tip part 11a of the punching device 11 is thrusted into a tip port 6 provided on the take-out port 5 of the splitted T-pipe 1. A drill 13 and the cutter 14 are mounted on a revolving shaft 12 of the punching device 11, and the hole Ta for the inspection in punched on the piping T by the drill 13 and the cutter 14. Then, at the time when the punching is made, a fluid is prevented from flowing out by the punching device 11 which is mounted on the tip port 6, and after the punching is finished, the flowing-out is prevented by closing the partition valve 8. Thus, the condition generating the rust lump, etc. can be accurately confirmed by means of inspecting the inside of the piping line with an endoscope without stopping the water supply in the piping or interrupting the flow of the other fluids. |
