PURPOSE:To obtain a film-like cosmetic containing pullulan, pigment and oily ingredient in specific ratios as main ingredients, having excellent handy properties, storage stability, stability to impact resistance as well as good usability and feeling and used as foundation, cheek rouge, etc. CONSTITUTION:The aimed make-up cosmetic containing (a) 8-30wt.% pullulan, (b) 1-60wt.% pigment and (c) 1-50wt.% oily ingredient as active ingredients and formed into a film shape having 0.01-1mm thickness. Pullulan is neutral glucan containing glucose as a minimum unit and water soluble polysaccharide and has linear structure repeated with alpha-1,6 bond of maltotriose. As the above- mentioned pigment (b), talc, titanium oxide, polyethylene, etc., is used and as the oily ingredient (c), e.g., liquid paraffin, squalane, caster oil, etc., is used. As an ingredient other than the above-mentioned active ingredients, a film- forming water soluble high polymer such as gum arabic can be blended. |
