<p>PURPOSE:To surely detect abnormality by operating the deviation in a standard work time storing means and the work time spent by the standard work time thereof and a tool and equipping the tool state deciding means deciding as to whether this deviation is within an allowable value or not and the tool state output means outputting the decision result thereof. CONSTITUTION:A macrovariable is read from a cell controller side on each completion of the execution of a piece of a work program, the information of the time spent in the work thereof is obtd. on the individual tool 16 used in the program thereof and among them, the used time of a new tool 16 or the tool 16 just after readjustment, or the time spent in the previous work, or the both are stored in the memory device of the cell controller. A standard work time memory means 18 is thus realized. Also, a tool state deciding means 14 is realized by comparing with a specified value by taking the difference in the work time on each tool read after completion of the execution of the work program and the standard work time of each tool. The decision result thereof is displayed together with the work time by a specified format.</p> |
