PURPOSE: To eliminate frictional force acting upon a flange so as to prevent the erosion of this part by constituting a ring as a bush connected to a bolt so as to be relatively unmovable but axially movable. CONSTITUTION: A thread part 14 of a bolt 15 is screwed into a threaded hole 16 of a fixed flange 2 to connect a loose flange 3 to the fixed flange 2 by remote operation. The bolt 15 has its large diameter part 20 screwed into a thread range 18 of the loose flange 3 and is provided with a serration 21 following the large diameter part 20. The bolt 15 is engaged with a serrated groove of a bush 23 surrounding the bolt 15, and the bush 23 is axially movable, but the bolt 15 and the bush 23 are relatively unmovable in a circumferential direction.
