The roundabout which is the subject of the invention principally comprises a stationary central foot 1 partially anchored in the ground 2, which foot carries, on its upper part, a movable bell 8 via a hub 16 and, at its upper end, carries the small oblique and stationary arm 10 which supports a free wheel 11 in a manner which is offset with respect to the central foot 1. The movable bell 8 carries arms 9 supporting, respectively, at each end, a seat 19, in the vicinity of which a handle 22 is held, the handle being fastened onto a pulling rope 21. <IMAGE>
