Ready-to-use acupuncture needle which adds to the already known advantages of the needles themselves, other therapeutic advantages inherent in the nature of the products contained in the blade holder which, in this invention, is used both as a support for the needle itself and as a medicinal container. Furthermore, in order for the product contained in the container of the blade holder to be able to pass into the dermis, the needle itself is pierced with a small channel. This container may form an integral part of the needle and be unremovable or alternatively be mobile and interchangeable and because of this be capable of being fitted to a number of needles. The products contained in the container can pass into the dermis by simple manual pressure on the blade holder. <IMAGE>
