The subject of the invention relates to a folding trolley device for transporting sailboards. It consists of the combination firstly of a rolling member formed by a set of wheels and the upper part of which supports part of the float, then of an upright articulated onto the rolling member and receiving the rest of the float arranged so that it is balanced. It is intended to act as a means of transport for all floats of sailboards as well as their rigging. <IMAGE>
