<p>PURPOSE:To sense the temperature of a heating utensil without low-heat conductive material by providing a hole portion on a protective plate and a temperature sensor in the hole portion. CONSTITUTION:When a heating utensil such as an iron pan is placed on a protective plate 16, a temperature sensor 18 protruding from a hole 17 of the protective plate 16 is pressed by the weight of a food to be cooked or the heating utensil itself. The temperature sensor 18 is enagized upward by an enagizing spring 19 to be pressed down when touching the bottom of the heating utensil. This forces the temperature sensor 18 to completely touch the bottom of the heating utensil, even if the bottom thereof is irregular. The temperature of the heating utensil is thus precisely sensed.</p> |
