CONSTITUTION:The foaming jig 14 consists of a flat plate type top mold 14a and a dish type bottom mold 14b and a cut material 16 such as urethane foam is charged in the recessed part of the bottom mold 14b. At this time, an elastic urethane film 18 is laminated previously on the top surface of the cut material 16 to obtain a function for preventing the penetration of the foamed original liquid. Then a bellows type flexible tube 22 formed of polypropylene, vinyl chloride, etc., and a driver unit 30 are positioned and mounted on the film 18 and the tube 22 is bent over the entire surface of the film 18.
