PURPOSE:To improve the combustibility of low calorie gas fuel and form stabilized flames by premixing combustion air with said low calorie fuel gas, supplying the premixed gas to a combustion chamber, mixing the two in the combustion chamber, and burning the gas in the combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:A coal gasified fuel, which is a low calorie gas fuel, is introduced into a fuel swirler 15 for a revolving injection device 13 by way of a fuel flow rate control valve 17. On its way, a premixing device 18 premixes the fuel with a part of combustion air as an oxidant, which is supplied to a fuel swallow 14. The remaining combustion air is sent through an air supply pipe 20 and divided into a combustion primary air and a combustion secondary. The combustion primary air is discharged into a combustion chamber 12 by way of the combustion swallow 15. On the other hand, the premixed fuel is injected into the combustion chamber 12 by way of the fuel swirler 14, and mixed with the combustion primary air, thereby generating the combustion gas. The combustion secondary air is supplied to this combustion gas so that second stage combustion may be carried out in an attempt to enable the perfect combustion of the unburnt mixed fuel. |
